Welcome to our platform (“Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ZAMZILLA LLC, together with its affiliate and operating entities AIHIREX LLC, GOHIGHRISE, and SAVE WORLD CHILDREN (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our entities are registered in the State of Nevada and hold active entity registrations in the U.S. Federal Government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with assigned Unique Entity Identifiers (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our Platform, website, applications, APIs, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Entities & Corporate Structure
These Terms govern the services and digital offerings across all participating enterprise entities:
- ZAMZILLA LLC (Parent / Strategic Gateway & Operating Entity)
- AIHIREX LLC (Federal Contracting & Direct Prime Entity)
- GOHIGHRISE (Direct Contracting Entity)
- SAVE WORLD CHILDREN (Non-Profit Entity / Federal Grant & Prime Entity)
All corporate entities operate in full compliance with applicable state, federal, and international laws, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) standards where applicable.
3. Eligibility & Account Security
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
- Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
- Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (usernames, passwords, and API keys) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at
[email protected]of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of the Platform, networks, or connected servers.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or logic bombs.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any portion of the Platform without express written consent.
- Impersonate any person, entity, government official, or SAM.gov registered representative.
5. Federal Contracting & Non-Profit Compliance
- Government & Enterprise Contracting: Entities within the Company structure (including AIHIREX LLC, GOHIGHRISE, and ZAMZILLA LLC) maintain active SAM.gov registrations, UEIs, and CAGE codes for federal procurement, government contracting, and commercial enterprise operations.
- 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Operations: SAVE WORLD CHILDREN operates in compliance with tax-exempt non-profit status regulations, federal grant guidelines, and relevant reporting standards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionalities, software code, UI/UX designs, trademarks, logos, and trade secrets on the Platform are owned by or licensed to ZAMZILLA LLC and its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
7. Fees, Payments & Billing
- Certain services or tools provided through the Platform require payment or subscription plans.
- All fees are clearly stated in US Dollars (USD). By submitting billing information, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors, e.g., Stripe) to charge the designated payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses security risks, or disrupts the integrity of our systems or operations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAMZILLA LLC, AIHIREX LLC, GOHIGHRISE, SAVE WORLD CHILDREN, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
