  • Log & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identification, pages visited, access timestamps, and referring URLs.
  • Usage & Telemetry Data: Operational latency, app usage metrics, system hits, and workflow interaction data.

  • Facilitating government contracting, SAM.gov submission validation, and prime contract operations.
  • Processing financial transactions, invoicing, and subscription renewals.

  • Complying with state, federal (FAR/DFARS), non-profit tax regulations, and statutory audit obligations.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

This explicitly excludes all Google user data; no Google user data is ever shared with third-party tools, ad networks, or advertisers. under the following limited circumstances:

5. Google User Data

  • Purpose Limit: State that Google user data (e.g., account profile, email) is collected solely to provide and improve the app’s core user-facing functionality.
  • No Advertising / Marketing: Explicitly declare that Google user data is not used for serving advertisements, retargeting, or generalized marketing.
  • No Selling/Sharing: State that Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the application or comply with legal requirements.
  • No Human Access: Mention that humans do not read user data unless required for security, legal compliance, aggregate internal operations, or with explicit user consent.

GovernmentAIx accesses Google user data solely to authenticate users and provide core app functionality. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or marketing, nor do we transfer, share, or sell Google user data to third-party tools, ad networks, or data brokers. All handling of data obtained through Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Security & Governance

  • Zero-Trust Architecture: We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
  • Security Controls: Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL), role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and secure cloud infrastructure.
